Our pre-planning application service provides an opportunity to discuss your proposed scheme and produce a concept design before submitting a full planning application. The plans we create are an ideal starting point for anyone looking to discuss their intended proposals at a pre-planning meeting with the local planning officer.
Once you are satisfied with the general layout, you can submit a pre-application on your behalf to the planning office of your local authority portal, where you will receive a comprehensive list of considerations for and against building on the site and a complete list of criteria to fulfil in order to satisfy local requirements before submitting a full, detailed planning application.

We will provide you with A3 copies of the front and back views (see samples) and the floor layout plan of the home of your choice. The plans are ideal for a preliminary meeting with your local planning official since most local planning departments prefer this.
