It is a legal requirement to have Building Regulations approval when building a property for human habitation. For each drawing, we will send A1 paper copies (A3 for garage plans) and a PDF version if preferred.

Sections:
Includes roof plans, sectional drawings, joist layouts and any other additional details are included to provide compliance with Building Control.
Foundation Plan:
This plan will provide you with the necessary information to accurately setout your property for a standard strip foundation footing, taking into account your specific ground conditions and the requirements of your local building inspector. It will include details of services, setting out dimensions and service entry points.
Construction Details
All construction details are included on the plans to provide compliance with Building Control, these include robust details, ventilation, acoustic, insulation, fire regulations and all other compliant regulations.
